My next cookbook, GOOD EGGS, will be published at the end of March.
It does pretty much what it says on the tin: it’s a compendium and celebration of eggs, and it includes over 100 cracking ways to cook and elevate them.
That’s eggs when they’re the star of the show — when they’re fried, boiled, baked, poached, scrambled or set. i.e. a book of eggs as the reason you’re eating a dish, not just a set of recipe in which eggs are key ingredients. It’s eggs as a meal, a frame of mind, an experience.
I’ll stop, as I’m not actually here to give you the the hard-boiled sell just yet… that’ll come in a few weeks.
