Much of the broadsheet cookery content since the last Supplemental has been Christmas-focused. To include these recipes in the ‘December round-up’ (which will be published in January …) would be somewhat after the horse had bolted. Those recipes include creamed shredded sprouts, which is one of my favourite dishes ever. I’d eat it every day, not just for Christmas, if I exercised more. (It’s a marginally better watch on Instagram, but this video gives you decent idea.)
