Supplemental is a recipe roundup. The core, monthly edition will always be free. However there will be an additional ‘Supplemental+’ halfway through each month for paid subscribers (this is a sample of that). 

Via Rocket & Squash, A Cook's Digest, I’ll also send out weekly recipes of my own, a portion of which will only be available to paid subscribers. Further, free access to the recipe archive will end soon.
