It’s a #Supplemental recipe round-up week.
I’m afraid I have to be relatively brief this time (welcome news, perhaps?). Although I did still manage to bookmark a number of the dishes published in the papers through January, and also via newsletters arriving in my inbox, so don’t come to you empty handed.
Tuck in, then, to the ideas that follow. Also, do please leave a comment if something caught your eye over the last month, particularly if you cooked and ate it.
Enjoy February: make the most of forced rhubarb if you’re in a country where it’s plentiful; start thinking about spring flavours; but don’t neglect the opportunity to hunker down to a hearty roast or steadying stew. You’ll miss them when the weather improves and daylight hours lengthen.
