Welcome to Supplemental — a roundup of recipes published in the UK’s weekend papers (plus quite a bit from elsewhere and online too…).
March’s recipes provide plenty to chew over (did it feel like a long month to anyone else?). As ever, themes emerged: there was a flock load of Easter lamb dishes; we officially moved into Spring (which means mealtimes theoretically get lighter and brighter); at least a dozen different decent eggs featured; and Nigel played a blinder.
Some of the recipes are behind a paywall, but loads aren’t, and many of those paywalls have free trials and/or are worth jumping over. Read on!
