Welcome back to Supplemental. As ever, April’s papers offered a mass of tempting recipes.
Did you cook any? Did you miss them all? What follows is a digest of those that really caught my eye. If the likes of lemon sole with spring vegetable agrodolce; Gai Yang-style chicken legs; tempura seaweed with oyster mayo; crab tagliatelle in a black pepper, garlic butter sauce; and dukkah fudge intrigue, delight or are generally up your street, then read on.
