My latest cookbook Good Eggs was published in March this year.
As it happens, that was shortly after launching this newsletter — and so I wrote a piece about the book on pub. day, providing a little background and introduction to the book, plus a few images and a recipe from it (↓).
But the readership of this Digest has grown significantly since March, and I realise that for many of you, my occasional references to Good Eggs might be overly (ovoidly?) cryptic. Also, it’s Christmas, so I hope you won’t mind me pointing you in its direction.
