What's been cooking in the papers and online over the last month?
Hello team. The festivities are over and a new year has begun. How are you feeling? Is it a fresh start, or a jaded ‘as you were’?
For once I’m in the ‘let’s make new, positive habits’ camp: with a renewed focus on health; efficient work practices; and an aim to spend less time scrolling social media. (Yes, it’s a veritable BINGO line of resolutions…)
That said, as always there’s lot’s of cooking to be done. So we go again on that front, and inspiration is welcome. Therefore #Supplemental will continue through 2025!
To remind you, these posts look back over the previous month’s recipes published in (mostly) British broadsheet weekend supplements, plus a few bits and pieces online, including here on Substack.
